The Deputy General Counsel, Commercial reports to the Chief Legal Officer and has responsibilities that include:

• Developing

collaborative

and influential relationships with the Global Zuora Sales

leadership

team and providing strategic and focused advice and support to those teams.

• Superior negotiation skills and judgement.

• Developing and advancing Zuora’s revenue generation strategies.

• Working collaboratively with Legal colleagues, leading commercial transaction support and contract negotiation and associated transactions, including protecting customer privacy.
