and enjoy each other. THE ROLE A positive, agile, business-focused Legal leader and communicator to drive our Commercial and Go-To-Market revenue generation support strategies.
The Deputy General Counsel, Commercial reports to the Chief Legal Officer, and has responsibilities that include:
• Developing
collaborative
and influential relationships with the Global Zuora Sales
leadership
team and providing strategic and focused advice and support to those teams.
• Superior negotiation skills and judgement.
• Developing and advancing Zuora’s revenue generation strategies.
• Working collaboratively with Legal colleagues, leading commercial transaction support and contract negotiation and associated transactions, including protecting customer privacy.
• Effectively managing people and a budget. This role can be remote or in person at the option of the successful candidate. There is some opportunity to travel (
