Experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal (Full-Time, In-Office – Immediate Hire)

Muscarella & Associates, APC, a boutique law firm focused on Probate and Trust litigation, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, in-office position in our Irvine, California office. We are hiring immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys, including document preparation, case management, and trial assistance
Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
Manage court filings, calendaring, and case deadlines
Prepare case files and exhibits for hearings and trials
Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel professionally and effectively
Qualifications:
5+ years of civil litigation experience required
Probate and Trust litigation experience is a strong plus
ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
Deep understanding of California court rules and procedures
Excellent written, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software Clio
