Are you passionate about providing justice for the hurting? Established Law Firm is seeking a dedicated Intake Specialist to join our Intake Call Center team in Savannah. As an Intake Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in our mission to provide relentless representation.
This position handles work in Intake Call Center, which has a goal of rapidly accepting or rejecting new cases based on the information gathered from the caller. In addition, the Intake Specialist will document intake information, send out contracts to clients, open cases upon return of contract, and assisting with data processing/data entry as applicable to files.The Intake Specialist must have the ability to engage with callers in a way that presents the firm as client-focused, courteous, empathetic, and in such a way that the caller feels he or she has reached the right firm. For this position, you must be enthusiastic and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires experience with a multi-line phone system, strong computer skills (e.g. proficiency in MS Office), excellent communication, and teamwork. Experience in a similar position for a Personal Injury Firm is preferred but not required. Normal office hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Intake Specialists are required to work afterhours schedule on a rotation schedule which could include nights and weekends.What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead Engagement & Client Qualification
Field inbound inquiries and respond with warmth, professionalism, and clarity
Conduct proactive follow-ups on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals
Ask thoughtful, guided questions to assess client needs and urgency
Clearly explain the firm’s value, retainer structure, and intake process
Convert prospective clients into retained clients by providing confidence and clarity
Relationship-Driven Sales
Build trust with individuals navigating sensitive matters
Employ personalized outreach methods—email, phone, text—to stay connected
Help potential clients understand why now is the right time to hire a strong advocate
Collaboration & Strategy
Partner with attorneys and leadership to ensure seamless handoff of retained clients
Maintain detailed records in CRM (Lead Docket and Filevine experience is a plus)
Suggest improvements to the intake process that enhance the client experience
