Expanding personal injury law firm has an immediate opening for a pre-litigation paralegal in our Waterbury office.
Responsibilities include: client contact, initiating insurance claims, requesting and summarizing medical records and bills, drafting demands and assisting with negotiating settlements.
Must have good communication and organizational skills. Really need to be a team player, enthusiastic and must have a sense of humor.
Legal experience is required.
College graduate preferred.
Spanish-speaking a plus
CLAIMS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
Medical or customer service experience is important.
Salary plus bonus, personal days, sick days, vacation time, health insurance and 401k.
