Sr Associate, Construction Litigation Jobs in Melville, New York, USA at SCG Recruiting
Our client, a boutique law firm in Melville with a 20+ year history of exceptional insurance defense and professional liability and litigation, is looking for a Senior Associate with a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in construction litigation and insurance defense. Experience in representing architects, engineers, and land surveyors involved in construction projects and construction defect claims is a huge plus.
For this role, you need to be experienced in:
• Conducting depositions
• All phases of written discovery
• Production of extensive project records and motions
• Appearing for Court conferences as necessary
You will be expected to handle the day-to-day activities on the assigned matter. This role requires an onsite/in-office daily presence, strong interpersonal and written
communication skills
, and a
team-oriented
work capability.
Salary for this opportunity is $130k-$175k (based on experience) and includes medical/dental/vision coverage with heavy contribution, 401k with contribution, FSA, 3-weeks PTO, and a low hourly billable minimum.
