We are seeking a proactive and motivated Paralegal to join our compliance and legal team. This role is 100% virtual, offering you the flexibility to manage your work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the legal field, demonstrate intrinsic motivation, and possess a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in compliance or securities law preferred.
A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a passion for learning and growth.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
Detail-oriented and driven, with a track record of meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.
Ability to thrive in a 100% virtual environment with minimal supervision while benefiting from robust training and support.
Compensation:
$75,000 – $85,000
Responsibilities:
Assist with Compliance Testing and Documentation (Email Review, Billing Review, Advertising Review, Etc.)
Assist with drafting and maintaining corporate records and contracts
Organize legal documents and maintain charts, spreadsheets, files, and status trackers
Preparation of opinion letters regarding restrictive legends and applicable backup materials
Assist in reorganizations of corporate subsidiaries and related matters
File corporate annual reports and related filings in various states
Trial prep and support
Providing administrative support for documents and activities related to corporate restructurings, such as mergers, formations, and dissolutions
Manage email inbox and calendar
Qualifications:

Little delegation of details is required. When it does happen, this position requires strong follow-up to ensure that work quality and attention to detail remain very high
