Civil Defense Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2-5 years of defense litigation experience in the area of medical malpractice and/or nursing home defense. Trial experience preferred.
Job responsibilities include independent case management, conducting depositions and discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, client reporting, mediations, trial preparation and trial.
