The Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, personable, and commercially minded Specialist with a strong understanding of legal and contractual matters to join our team and support client relationships, commercial opportunities, contracts, and licensing activities across our international markets.
This role combines commercial, contractual, and business development responsibilities, with regular interaction with clients, partners, licensors, and internal teams.
Engagement Scope:
- Coordinate meetings and communication with clients and prospective partners.
- Support proposals, RFPs, presentations, budgets, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts.
- Support client discussions and ensure a smooth handover from commercial discussions to project execution.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, receivables, POs, and commercial documentation.
- Support licensing opportunities, negotiations, renewals, royalty tracking, and licensor relationships.
- Maintain client, sales, pipeline, and contract records.
- Prepare commercial information, forecasts, and reports.
Profile Requirements:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in commercial, business development, contracts, legal, or a related field. Experience combining commercial and contractual responsibilities is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline. Master’s is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently represent the company in client and partner meetings.
- Sharp, organized, proactive, commercially minded, and naturally social and personable.
- Good understanding of contractual matters, with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive commercial information.
- Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel when internationally required; a passport offering broad visa-free or visa-on-arrival access is required.
