Westchester law firm focused on residential real estate seeks paralegal experienced in all aspects of residential closings from lender’s perspective, from inception through closing. Experience is a MUST.

MUST be familiar with TRID and CDs.
MUST be able to review title reports and lien searches.
MUST be familiar with CEMAs.
MUST be familiar with Co-ops and UCC filings.

The successful applicant will be professional, courteous, organized and hard-working. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients, borrowers, attorneys and real estate professionals is essential. Fast-paced but friendly work environment. Should have experience with electronic filing of documents (i.e., ACRIS, Westchester Prep). Should be proficient in Microsoft Office. Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
