Chapman Law Group, a growing multi-state health care law firm, has an immediate opening for a senior health care compliance attorney in any of our locations. The ideal candidate will have a portable book of business and a minimum of five (5) years knowledge/experience in health care law. Theattorney should be currently practicing and comfortable with billable hours. Candidate should be passionate about the law and their clients and interested in contributing to a growing compliance department. Specific knowledge and experience with compliance, administrative law, and peer review is preferred. Federal and state administrative procedures related to health care, health care transactions (AKS, Stark, FCA, M&A) and Medicare compliance is a must. Candidate must have exceptional analytical and persuasive writing and communication skills. LLM in health care law a plus.
