Overview Assists the Manager of Contract Administration with routing, review and execution of all contracts as required by policy and with maintaining contract database. Assists with policy, process and database training. Additionally, assists with corporate filings, budget management & reporting, and development and posting of forms and templates. Qualifications Required Education: Associate?s degree. Specific course work: In lieu of an Associate?s degree, five years of relevant work experience may be accepted. Preferred Education: Bachelor?s Degree or any equivalent combination of training and experience (preferably within a hospital or other corporate law department) which provides the required education for performing legal research and analysis and a working knowledge of the practice and procedure of no less than one of the following substantive areas of law: corporate law, contracts, real estate law, hospital regulatory compliance. Required Licensure/Certifications: N/A Preferred Licensure/Certifications: Florida Registered Paralegal Notary Required Experience: Over 5 years working in a law firm or in-house legal department or administering or maintaining databases. Preferred Experience: Five (5) years paralegal or similar experience. Experience drafting and negotiating contracts as well as other transactional documents. Working knowledge of contract management database. Experience dealing with state and federal regulatory agencies, preferably in the healthcare industry would be a plus. Necessary Skills:

Must be able to collect and analyze information, problem-solve and make decisions.

Must possess excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.

Must be flexible multi-tasker with ability to work both independently and as a team member, and under pressure.

Must be fluent with MS Word, Windows, and Excel, and familiar with or ability to learn PowerPoint, Word Press, Adobe Pro, and other applications.

Must be able to organize and establish electronic, Web-based databases to conduct legal research and public records searches.

Must have working knowledge of/experience with principles of confidentiality and privileged communications. Age of Patients Served: N/A
