What You’ll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients—building trust, gathering information, and providing updates
Assist attorneys with preparing legal documents, forms, and correspondence
Translate legal documents and interpret conversations between clients and attorneys
Organize and manage case files, deadlines, and client communications
Work on real cases in areas like immigration, personal injury, or consumer protection

Who You Are:
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
Comfortable working with clients, even in high-stress situations
A team player who’s eager to learn and grow in the legal field
Experience in a legal office or administrative role is a plus—but not required
