Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + bonus
Our client, a leading legal practice, is looking for an experienced Fee Earning Solicitor to join their renowned Real Estate team! If you’re a qualified solicitor with a passion for property law, this is your chance to take on a rewarding role where you’ll manage high-profile real estate transactions and provide expert legal advice to clients.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a diverse caseload, from residential to commercial property matters
Advise clients on all aspects of property law, including conveyancing, leasing, and development
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and sale agreements
Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Build strong, lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional service
What You Need:
A law degree and 3-5 years’ PQE in Real Estate law
Expertise in handling property transactions and a strong understanding of compliance
Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive approach
