Leading the Energy Transition
The team remains exceptionally busy, consistently outperforming an uneven market. As a Partner, you will spearhead a diverse and high-value portfolio, with recent mandates including:
- Flagship Project Finance: Advising a syndicate of global tier-one lenders on the multi-million euro development of expansive onshore wind portfolios across Ireland.
- Pioneering Innovation: Acting for market-disruptors on the deployment of Ireland’s first-of-their-kind hydrogen-to-electricity power generation technologies for state-utility stakeholders.
- Strategic LEU Advisory: Leading the counsel for "Big Tech" data center operators and industrial giants navigating the latest CRU regulatory frameworks and sophisticated "Private Wire" strategies.
- Capital & Refinancing: Managing the acquisition and refinancing of significant solar and wind assets for leading private equity houses and global energy-focused investment funds.
- Future-Proofing Offshore: Navigating the complex regulatory and consenting landscapes for the next generation of ORESS offshore developments.
