We are a growing law firm, seeking a paralegal or solicitor with experience in private client, conveyancing and/or matrimonial matters. Experience in contested probate matters would also be helpful.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and offer an expert, first-class service to our clients, whilst maintaining a diverse and busy caseload. They will be able to commute to our Crowborough office.
Essential requirements include:
Proven experience
Demonstrated success in winning new business through referrals, good client relations and business development
Strong file management and organisational skills
The ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality service
A high level of integrity, energy and drive
A willingness to occasionally work outside normal business hours when required
A collaborative and positive approach
