Solicitor – Insolvency & Restructuring | Dublin | 1 plus PQE
A leading international law firm is seeking a Solicitor with 1 plus years’ PQE to join its established Insolvency & Restructuring team in Dublin.
The role offers exposure to a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring work, including advising creditors, directors and liquidators, enforcement matters, corporate restructuring and complex insolvency litigation.
You will also manage litigation matters across the courts, draft pleadings, liaise with counsel and take responsibility for files through to conclusion.
Requirements:
- 1 plus years’ experience in insolvency and litigation
- Strong drafting and technical skills
- Commercial approach and good client-management skills
- Ability to manage matters independently and work effectively within a team
