Position: Solicitor – Commercial Litigation – NQ – 4 PQE
Commercial Litigation Solicitor – NQ – 4 PQE Legal 500 Law Firm Excellent quality work Multi Office Law Firm Broad Client Base TSR Legal are currently seeking an NQ – 4 PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding Commercial Litigation department. The successful candidate will be dealing with a broad caseload of commercial litigation matters including professional negligence claims, commercial contract disputes, shareholder and director disputes as well contentious probate disputes.
The team is currently undergoing a period of growth and is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic solicitor who is looking for a role within a team that is consistently ranked in the Legal 100 and Chambers & Partners UK which will provide an opportunity to progress and develop a career in litigation.
Required Skills:
Solicitor – NQ – 4 PQE Excellent client care skills;
Proven ability to manage own caseload;
Previous experience in civil litigation or similar;
Ability to use a range of computer systems, including case and
document management
systems
Willingness to
conduct own
advocacy
where appropriate Personal
