Role Description This is a full-time Solicitor role based in Melbourne, VIC, with a hybrid working arrangement that allows for both in-office and work-from-home days. The Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, in the area of administrative law, from initial client consultation through to resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on legal options, drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing submissions and correspondence, and representing clients in negotiations and hearings where appropriate. The role involves liaising with courts, tribunals, government departments, and other stakeholders, as well as maintaining accurate file notes and ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory requirements. The Solicitor will also contribute to firm-wide initiatives, support continuous improvement of processes, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
