We’re seeking a motivated, compassionate, and results-driven Social Security Disability Attorney to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about helping individuals obtain the disability benefits they deserve, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact while growing their career with an established personal injury law firm.
The ideal attorney for this position:
- Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation.
- Proactively manages Social Security Disability claims from initial application through hearings and appeals.
- Excels both independently and as a collaborative team member, setting a positive leadership example.
- Is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience through empathy, responsiveness, and clear communication.
- Possesses strong advocacy and negotiation skills, effectively representing clients before the Social Security Administration and Administrative Law Judges.
- Radiates a positive, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor that aligns with our firm’s values.
- Exercises exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate case preparation, medical evidence review, and timely filing of all required documentation.
- Stays current on Social Security Disability laws, regulations, and administrative procedures, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional growth.
- Builds trusting relationships with clients, guiding them through a complex legal process with confidence and compassion.
Compensation: Starting salary of $75,000 – $100,000 based on experience for the first 12 months. After the first 12 months compensation switches to commission. An Attorney in their second year averages 150k and 200 – 250k in their third year.
Requirements: Must currently hold a NC State Bar License. Preferred 5+ years of legal experience.
