Role Description
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage our social media presence, develop engaging content, and execute digital content strategies that strengthen our brand. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in modern AI tools for content creation, including AI writing, image generation, and video production, and can leverage these technologies to produce high-quality content efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, analytics, and brand consistency across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Manage daily social media operations, including community management and audience engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular analytics reports.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the creative and legal teams to produce accurate and impactful content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Professional proficiency in AI-powered content creation tools, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Flux, Kling AI, Runway, CapCut AI, Canva AI, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to create high-quality graphics, short-form videos, and social media content using AI tools while maintaining brand consistency.
- Experience with content planning, scheduling tools, and social media analytics.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working in a law firm or a professional services environment is an advantage.
