Social Media Content Creator (Part-Time/Contract)
The Driscoll Firm, P.C>/JJ Legal Injury Lawyers are seeking a creative, organized, highly self-motivated Part-Time or Contract Social Media Content Creator to help grow our brand across social media through engaging content, photography, and video. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, stays on top of social trends, and can take projects from concept to publication.
This is not a role for someone who needs constant direction. We want someone who can manage day-to-day social media while also helping oversee video and advertisement creatives in a timely manner.
This position is in our new Chicago Office with a requirement for on-site work one day per week.
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule and publish engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TiTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.).
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Monitor, edit, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
- Assist with other paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and programmatic advertising.
- Work closely with our marketing team to test new creative, messaging, and audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data.
- Stay ahead of trends and proactively bring fresh ideas to the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for a business or agency.
- Experience running Meta Ads Manager campaigns is a plus.
- Experience with Google Ads or other paid media platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of short-form video and current social trends.
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Highly organized with excellent time management.
- Able to manage multiple projects without missing deadlines.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Fast learner who enjoys testing, improving, and moving quickly.
