We’re on the lookout for a creative and reliable Social Media & Content Assistant to help bring our vision to life across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter. This is a part-time, in-person role (2 days/week), perfect for a student nearing the end of their studies or a recent graduate ready to build their portfolio with real-world experience.
About The Role
This part-time position (2 days per week) is ideal for a student nearing graduation or a recent grad in communications, marketing, digital media, or related fields. You’ll support our Director in creating, posting, and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter, with plenty of growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Create social media graphics, captions, reels, and posts using Canva and other software
Schedule and post content (for example via Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio and others)
Support the rollout of podcast episodes and educational series on our YouTube channel
Help manage community engagement and basic analytics
Provide general admin support across our brand and business functions
We’re Looking For
A creative thinker with strong communication skills
Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, and various social media software and tools
Someone reliable, organised, and eager to grow with a values-based brand
Availability to work in person from our Wollongong clinic 2 days/week (with hybrid flexibility after probation)
