Job Description / Responsibility
YIK YUE (H.K.) COMMERCIAL LIMITED is looking for a motivated Social Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team. In this role, you will coordinate with factories, buyers, and internal departments to ensure compliance with buyers’ Code of Conduct, local labor laws, and social compliance standards through effective monitoring, documentation, and timely follow-ups.
We’re seeking someone with strong communication skills in English, sound knowledge of social compliance requirements, and a keen interest in maintaining ethical and sustainable workplace practices. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in a dynamic sourcing company.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor factory compliance with buyers’ Code of Conduct, Bangladesh Labour Law, and company policies.
- Coordinate with factories and internal teams to prepare for social compliance audits and follow up on audit findings.
- Prepare and maintain compliance documents, reports, and audit-related records.
- Follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP) to ensure timely implementation and closure.
- Conduct internal compliance inspections and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with buyers, factories, and stakeholders to resolve compliance-related issues.
- Support worker awareness programs and ensure continuous compliance improvement.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A degree in Textile Engineering, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Social Compliance in a buying house, garment factory, or multinational company.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English are mandatory.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law, buyers’ Code of Conduct, and social compliance audit requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
