Experience:
- Senior Commercial Attorney: +- 6 years post article experience
Qualifications and Requirements:
- LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
- Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A’s, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.)
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous
- Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
