Job Overview
We are a fast‑growing lending and financial services company seeking an SMS Marketing & Compliance Manager to oversee all text‑based communication and outreach. This role focuses on creating compliant SMS messaging, improving deliverability across carriers, managing 10DLC registration, monitoring performance, and maintaining high‑quality communication standards. The ideal candidate understands carrier behavior, can write effective templates, and knows how to optimize deliverability in a regulated industry.
Duties
- Create, manage, and optimize SMS campaigns
- Improve deliverability across AT&T, Verizon, T‑Mobile
- Maintain full 10DLC compliance and proper registration
- Monitor message performance, filtering trends, and carrier feedback
- Adjust templates and messaging based on performance data
- Maintain clean sender reputation and manage number rotation strategies
- Collaborate with leadership on communication flows and engagement strategy
- Ensure all messaging follows legal, regulatory, and carrier guidelines
Qualifications
- Experience with SMS marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of 10DLC, carrier rules, and compliance standards
- Ability to write and test high‑performing SMS templates
- Knowledge of carrier filtering behavior and deliverability best practices
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing performance data
- Experience in financial services or lending (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and manage communication pipelines
