Are you an experienced Contract Management professional with a strong background in EPC, Power Generation, or Substation projects? This is your opportunity to join a major energy infrastructure project supporting large-scale power operations in Homer City, PA.
🔹 Position: Site Contract Manager
🔹 Location: Homer City, Pennsylvania
🔹 Start Date: August 4, 2026
🔹 Duration: Approximately 3 Years
🔹 Schedule: 40 hrs/week minimum (Mon–Fri) with strong potential for overtime (60–72 hrs/week based on project needs)
🔹 Lodging Provided + $68/day M&IE Per Diem
💥 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead all on-site commercial and contractual coordination activities
✅ Manage subcontractor claims, change orders, notices, and risk mitigation efforts
✅ Support project leadership with contractual interpretation and schedule impact analysis
✅ Track delays, damages, milestone variances, and cost recovery opportunities
✅ Maintain event logs, claims registers, payment certifications, and contractual documentation
✅ Attend and document daily/weekly/monthly project meetings
✅ Support insurance claims, vendor recovery efforts, and subcontractor back-charge processes
✅ Coordinate with Site Management, Project Management, and Contract Management teams to protect project interests
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 10+ years of relevant experience in Contract Management
✔️ EPC, Turnkey Power, Gas Power Plant, or Substation project experience strongly preferred
✔️ Strong background in claims management, dispute resolution, and contract negotiations
✔️ Knowledge of commercial/contract law and project risk management
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
