Main
purpose
of the role:
We are currently seeking a consultant with ISDA and Derivatives experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge to negotiate and manage complex master agreement negotiations independently, including ISDA, GMRA, and GMSLA agreements.
Person specification:
You are a qualified lawyer or legal professional with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.
You have strong experience working with derivatives documents including ISDA, GMRA, and GMSLA agreements.
You have demonstrated interpersonal,
communication
, organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
You are an experienced individual who can hit the ground running with the support of a close-knit and
supportive team
.
