Responsibilites
- Participate in training and ongoing development to build knowledge of Service of Process operations.
- Research and verify information using internal systems and external resources.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client and internal inquiries by email and phone.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and established turnaround expectations.
- Learn and utilize multiple systems and workflows to complete assigned responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively with team members while also developing the ability to work independently.
- Follow established procedures while recognizing and communicating questions or potential issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Participate in training and ongoing development to build knowledge of Service of Process operations.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Additional Information
Job Type: In-Office, M-F Hours: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Salary Range: $38-40K
