Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Legal Receptionist to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Answer phone calls promptly and Manage scheduling for attorneys, including appointments and court dates.
Assist with filing out immigration forms.
Handle incoming mail and packages efficiently.
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a law office is preferred.
Proficient in Haitian Creole, French, and English.
