Senior Trial Attorney (Remote – Michigan) Jobs in Detroit, MI at Allstate
Queens based law firm is looking for a New York based, part-time personal injury or employment law, litigation associate to do legal research and writing, prepare and reply to deposition requests, draft legal briefs, discovery requests, motions, bill of particulars etc. Court appearances are not a must for this position, but candidates who can appear in court are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate is a great opportunity for any associate who is interested in making extra money at the side. Perfect opportunity for candidates who are working full time and are interested in making a supplemental income. All candidates applying for this position should be absolutely brilliant in legal writing and legal research. All meetings with the associate will be held in our office for a few hours at an acceptable time for the candidate to understand and work from home.

8 to 10 hours per week
Pay ranges from 25 to 45 per hour
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in the relevant state bar.
Strong knowledge of personal injury, family, and immigration law preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to advocate for clients.
Demonstrated research and analytical skills in a legal context.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
