Senior Trial Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Attorney to join a reputable Personal Injury and No-Fault law firm located in Central Long Island, NY. This position is ideal for an attorney with at least 7 years of experience in personal injury litigation, specializing in trip/fall, municipal, and labor law cases. The firm is known for its strong commitment to trust, integrity, and achieving successful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of attorneys and paralegals, providing mentorship and oversight.
Oversee all phases of personal injury litigation, from inception to resolution.
Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other correspondence.
Conduct depositions and manage all aspects of trial preparation.
Represent clients at court hearings, proceedings, and depositions.
Lead settlement negotiations and participate in mediations.
Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Results-driven with a strong focus on client outcomes.
A collaborative team player with the ability to lead and manage others effectively.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a high caseload efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong drafting, editing, and proofreading abilities.
Skilled in oral arguments, negotiations, and problem-solving.
