Qualifications :
Minimum of 7 years’ litigation experience with a focus on trial work.
Active license to practice law in Missouri and Kansas (additional states a plus).
Proven expertise in handling trials, depositions, and motion practice.
Strong critical thinking, research, and persuasive communication skills.
Genuine passion for consumer advocacy and protecting vulnerable populations.
