Job Overview
Meissner Ruggles Thompson, Inc. is looking for a full-time associate business transactions attorney to join our team! This candidate will represent clients in real estate and business matters including planning, restructuring, purchase and sale agreements, etc.
We have been practicing in the Sacramento area since 1979 and currently have 8 attorneys practicing in estate planning, business law, probate, trust administration, conservatorship, guardianship, and federal and state tax matters.
We are committed to high-quality service to our clients and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent client communication skills, organization skills and a strong work ethic. We expect our attorneys to take ownership of their cases and work product and actively work to build their referral sources through networking and marketing of their choosing.
Experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California Bar.
At least 5 years’ experience in business law.
Solid reputation in the legal community.
LL.M. or advance tax degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
