Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of employment‑related disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour claims, and other employment law matters
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients
- Oversee litigation strategies and collaborate with internal teams
Qualifications
- 7+ years of employment litigation experience
Admission to the bar in the state where you reside
- Expertise in federal and state employment laws
- Ability to manage multiple high‑priority cases
