What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and orchestrate LLM-driven experiences for customers
Write, test, and iterate prompts for LLMs using legal domain knowledge
Collaborate with legal professionals to gather and understand project requirements
Integrate language models into multi-step systems and assess their performance
Develop code that interacts with APIs and data sources
What is Required (Qualifications):
Legal domain expertise, including experience in legal practice or a JD
3 to 4 years of production-level experience in software engineering
Proficiency in C# .NET or Python, with strong experience in other programming languages if necessary
Major plus for proficiency with APIs and SQL
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience using large language models through code, such as OpenAI or other model services
Background in a “non-traditional” legal career path or paralegal experience
