Key Responsibilities:
Perform heavy filing and organization of physical and digital documents
Scan, upload, and index documents into our internal systems
Chip files and pull records for attorneys and support staff as requested
Respond promptly to file requests and maintain file accuracy
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable using computers and basic software systems
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Must have worked within the last 3 months
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
