Minimum requirements:
Admitted Attorney with substantial experience in Road Accident Fund matters.
Proven ability to manage RAF files independently from inception to finalisation.
Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and progressing Road Accident Fund claims.
Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Engaging with clients, experts, counsel, and other stakeholders.
Preparing matters for trial and settlement negotiations.
Providing strategic advice and recommendations on RAF matters
