Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including Family Law, Workers Compensation Law, Estate Planning, Environmental Law, Personal Injury Law, and Tribal Law Regulations. This role requires exceptional legal research skills and the ability to navigate complex legal issues effectively. As a Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in court proceedings and provide comprehensive legal counsel.
Duties
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Represent clients in litigation matters across various practice areas, including but not limited to Family Law, Workers Compensation, and Personal Injury.
Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and attention to detail.
Prepare for trials by organizing evidence, developing arguments, and collaborating with expert witnesses.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas, including Environmental Law and Tribal Law Regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and provide updates on case progress.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $147,322.00 – $189,012.00 per year
