Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization’s freedom of information portfolio
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and provide legal advice
- Advise on cybersecurity governance and risk management
- Review and interpret legislation for compliance gaps
- Develop and deliver compliance education for business units
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (JD)
- Member in valuable standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Minimum three years of privacy and compliance experience
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting privacy assessments
- Robust project management and relationship skills
