Salary: $150,000 – $300,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients at trial.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on personal injury or workers compensation matters.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their legal needs are met and exceeded.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury law or workers compensation law.
Proven track record of success in litigation, with experience in taking cases to trial.
Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume case load while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
