Senior Personal Injury Paralegals
$95k – $130k + Bonus
Prestigious Personal Injury Law Firm now has immediate openings for two Personal Injury Paralegals for expanding division. Seeking 4+ years personal injury experience as Paralegal or Legal Assistant. (MUST HAVE PERSONAL INJURY, LITIGATION AND INTAKE EXPERIENCE). (Any slip and fall, construction, car accident and liability experience a plus). Experience in State and Federal court a plus. Ability to work with high powered senior partners. Handle all aspects of legal and paralegal processes including court legal experience. Must have high level attention to detail; writing, proofreading and editing skill set. Ability to manage deadlines with multiple priorities. Provide legal, administrative professional and related support to senior partner. Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of personnel within the firm as well as clientele. Update and communicate client’s medical records, insurance and treatment status. Handle confidential and sensitive information. Responsible for document production as well as drafting correspondence, demand letters, discovery, filing complaints and other litigation related documents. Assist with trial preparation, calendars and scheduling depositions. Coordinate all files and manage day to day case work. Ability to work independently with problem solving skills. Must be self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Act as troubleshooter with ability to work on special projects. Although position focuses on New York cases, any New Jersey case work a plus. MS Suite. High-end benefits.
Pay: $95,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
