DOES THIS CONTRACTUAL COORDINATING ROLE SOUND LIKE YOU?
As a Contract Coordinator with our audio-visual company, each day presents a meaningful opportunity to contribute to our organizational success. The contractual coordinating role commences with the thorough review, drafting, and countersigning of contracts involving clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring all agreements are precise and aligned with company policies. Subsequently, you coordinate contractor licensing examinations across various states, including scheduling dates and tracking completion statuses, facilitating a seamless and efficient process. You remain well-informed regarding state and local construction laws and licensing requirements, ensuring our AV company always maintains compliance. My efforts are essential to the smooth operation of our activities, placing me at the core of our operations.
Proven experience in contract management, legal administration, or a related role (preferably in the construction industry)
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, law, or a related field (preferred)
Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terminology, and regulatory compliance (preferred)
When working in this contractual coordinating position, you can work a consistent Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
