Your Mission
The Global Partnerships team at Activision Blizzard is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing brand partnership deals across ABK games, and events. The Global Partnerships team is uniquely positioned to create long-term value via commercialization of ABK’s portfolio of assets through brand partnerships. Our industry-leading games including Call of Duty, World of Warcraft, Diablo, Overwatch, Candy Crush, Crash Bandicoot, Tony Hawk, StarCraft, Hearthstone, and others provide brands solutions for all for all their entertainment partnership needs.
The Coordinator, Partnerships Marketing candidate will assist and support the team by working with our partner brands and the various internal teams at Activision Publishing to help fulfill the partners for Call of Duty and its various sub franchises.
A successful candidate should have a knowledge base inclusive of gaming and entertainment brand partnerships and the work that goes into making them successful. The candidate should will have excellent analytical & organizational abilities, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to represent various stakeholders needs for them with other teams, the ability to work and communicate effectively in a small team environment and an understanding of the culturally relevant entertainment landscape.
You will be a champion for partner campaign launches, working cross-functionally with product leads, marketing teams, legal, PR, external partners, and executives. This role is a key member of the Partnerships team and requires outstanding attention to detail, the ability to develop creative solutions to sophisticated problems, and the continuous drive for improvement.
The ideal candidate is highly-motivated team player, is comfortable in working in a fast-pace environment, has the ability to perform tasks and problem solve with limited information, is , proactive in their helpfulness, and is an effective communicator.
Job Function:
Daily monitoring of brand partner accounts
Regular engagement with brand partners
Assessment and management of partner needs; representation of those needs internally with broader team
Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver brand partner activation elements
Coordinate development, review, approval, and timely delivery of marketing assets
Provide partnership expertise in the comprehension of contractual elements and understanding of partners’ marketing/business goals objectives, target audience, and competitors.
Build partnership presentation decks including recap and reporting
Provide support and complete additional projects as directed by management team
Attend and provide support at events as needed
Education or Equivalent Experience:
BS/BA degree required
1+ years brand partnerships experience and/or brand marketing agency with an emphasis in gaming, esports, or brand partnerships
Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and others as required)
Experience / Special Skills / Abilities Required:
Exceptional Power Point Skills as well as other MSFT Office Programs
Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills
Ability to learn quickly and be adaptable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently
High motivation, positive energy, and passion for gaming
Marketplace awareness and knowledge
Highly collaborative, organized and adept in project management with an ability to prioritize workload
Ability to work under time crunch and proactively anticipate, identify, and solve risks to meet deadlines
Familiarity and working knowledge of project management tools
** This is a 6 month contract role, directly through Activision. Relocation assistance not available for this role. All applicants must be able to work in our office in Santa Monica, CA.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $24.04 – $44.47 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
