We are seeking an associate attorney (NY Bar) with 2+ years of post-law school experience who is eager to contribute, collaborate, and grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in French (required).
Experience in corporate law, M&A, employment law, and/or contract drafting/negotiation (preferred).
A strong writer and negotiator with excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
A self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team setting.
