Position: Associate Attorney
We are a growing and dynamic law firm seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of litigation experience and a passion for providing exceptional client service while advocating for their best interests. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality legal representation to clients, with a focus on family law, as well as potential cases in criminal law and personal injury.
Independently manage and move forward pending cases, ensuring timely progress and effective resolution.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, office staff, and members of the legal and broader community.
Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and analytical skills in all aspects of case management, legal research, and client communication.
Utilize strong negotiating skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Collaborate closely with clients and colleagues while providing outstanding client service.
Handle multiple tasks and cases in various areas of law while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
Uphold professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to family law and estate planning. Additionally, experience in criminal law, or personal injury welcomed.
Licensed in Texas.
Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage caseloads effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be honest, respectful, and possess the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,692.00 – $103,886.00 per year
