Description:
Anderson, Agostino & Keller, P.C. (AAK Law) is seeking a skilled and driven Litigation Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join our litigation team. This position offers an opportunity to handle a wide range of litigation matters from inception through trial in a collaborative and well-respected firm. The ideal candidate has courtroom experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage cases independently with support from senior attorneys when needed.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing all phases of litigation including client meetings, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Drafting legal memoranda, motions, and briefs
Taking and defending depositions
Appearing in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
Working closely with firm partners and mentoring junior attorneys or associates
Practice Areas May Include:
General Civil Litigation
Business & Commercial Disputes
Trust & Estate Litigation
Employment and Government Litigation
Other matters based on firm needs and experience

Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in Indiana (required)
3–7 years of litigation experience, with meaningful courtroom and motion practice exposure
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Commitment to providing excellent client service
