Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Case Management
- Field phone calls and support tickets from clients, providing clear and efficient support throughout their journey.
- Oversee docket work for Confirmation, miscellaneous motions, NOI, MTD, TRCC, ensuring successful resolution with accuracy.
- Manage Motions for Relief and Modifications (MODS), ensuring all steps are completed timely and precisely.
- Handle miscellaneous motions, ensuring accurate drafting, filing, and follow-up.
Client Communication and Support
- Conduct and support client meetings, offering guidance and addressing their needs with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage collections tasks with efficiency and respect, ensuring sensitive matters are handled appropriately.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven expertise in advanced case management, client communication, and legal documentation. Prior Texas Consumer Bankruptcy experience preferred.
Skills: Exceptional communication, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and efficient time management.
Dedication: A commitment to delivering exceptional legal services and supporting clients through their bankruptcy journey.
