About Us: HALL Group is a 50 plus year old company, located in downtown Dallas and Frisco, whose primary business activities include real estate development, management and leasing, commercial real estate lending through its affiliate HALL Structured Finance, winery and vineyard operations through its affiliate HALL Wines, and private equity and venture capital investments.
Provide support to General Counsel and work with legal team to oversee all legal documentation. This includes drafting various legal documents, managing files, and communicating with those inside and outside the company.
Coordinate workflow and projects
Act as liaison between the legal and business teams
Coordinate with external parties to facilitate information exchange
Preparation of closing documents for real estate and corporate transactions
Facilitate post-closing matters
Preparation and management of due diligence materials
Draft and review various legal documents
Draft organizational and corporate documents, including resolutions, consents and minutes
Assist in procurement, placement, and maintenance of appropriate insurance
Support General Counsel in the completion of special projects
Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program, and/or commiserate experience
7+ years paralegal experience
Commercial real estate and/or financial services experience with a deep understanding of transactional documentation and corporate governance processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude
Discretion, integrity, and sound judgment
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Critical thinker with a commitment to excellence
