Midtown based Bank seeks an experience Senior Paralegal supporting the Legal Counsel with operational and subject‑matter lead for the Bank's handling of legal process and discovery matters.
Base: $125-150k
4 days onsite, 1 day remote
What You'll Do:
- Lead the intake, tracking, and resolution of legal documents including subpoenas, levies, garnishments, and restraining notices
- Manage e-discovery operations using Relativity, including litigation holds, data collection, and document productions
- Restructure and improve existing workflows to drive efficiency and accountability
- Oversee and mentor a team handling high-volume, deadline-driven legal matters
- Serve as the primary liaison between Legal, internal business units, IT, Compliance, and external parties
What We're Looking For:
- 6–10 years of experience in legal process and discovery, preferably in a financial or regulated environment
- Hands-on Relativity experience at both the administrative and reviewer level
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage competing deadlines independently
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- College degree or equivalent experience
